Jigsaw Horizons Ltd is cqc registered and provides the Independence Service.
The Independence service enables local people to live independently at home. We understand that the level of support and care you need is unique to you and sometimes, a helping hand with the demands of your daily routine is all it takes to greatly improve your quality of life. We also realise that receiving any kind of support in the home can be a very daunting prospect, even if it's for a relative or friend rather than yourself. That's why the Independence service works in a way that is sensitive and respectful. We do everything we can to help our Service Users feel at ease and relaxed.
The type of things we can help with:
Domestic Support
Light housekeeping / Washing and ironing / Making beds and linen changing / Shopping, either accompanied or unaccompanied
Assisting with finances/appointments/key safe fitting/sitting service
Home Care and Social Support
Reminding, encouraging and enabling you for personal care
Collecting prescriptions / Reminding for medication
Menu planning, food preparation and cooking
Support to attend appointments
Participate in hobbies / Attend family events
Accompany you on outings
