My Care My Home are a free information and advice service set up to provide help and guidance to those self funding or partly funding their own care. We work in partnership with local authorities, hospitals and other statutory organisations across England and Wales. Our aim is to help families consider all of the care options and choices availible, as well as providing services to assist with short and longer term needs. My Care My Home are on hand to provide:

- Any informatoin / guidance that may be required

- Advice on how to take care of home property matter from adaptations to rental and sales

- Support to build a tailor made personal care service which includes choosing your own carer

- A dedicated advocate to chamption your care monitoring, ensuring it remainds at a high standard

- An introductory service to specialist Indepentent Financial Advisors

Our website has charitible status, which holds a database of over 50,000 care providers, which enables our clients to source care packages right for them. We offer free and chargable services depending on what is required,  however our information and advice is completly free. We offer free advice to anyone on:
