Care home digital audit message and questionnaire - Digital audit – your feedback is important!
Please help us understand how we can support care homes in the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire community to develop your digital and technology requirements, by completing the attached audit questionnaire. Your replies will help us identify any gaps in digital resources and develop a plan to improve the digital potential across the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire care home community.

Experts in Infection Prevention Control Transformation group in South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw
This group, chaired by Mandy Philbin, Chief Nurse for the South Yorkshire ICS, is working towards raising quality and standardising IPC across the patch, during and post Covid. The group would like to invite a registered manager to represent Bassetlaw’s care organisations. The next meeting is the morning of 8th December. New leadership development programme being launched for by the Leadership Academy in partnership with the Personalised Care Group in NHS England and Improvement
The programme includes four free online modules consisting of a blend of online masterclasses, resources and action learning sets. It is a unique opportunity for leaders to equip themselves with the skills and understanding needed for their journey to become a leader of tomorrow, striving for large scale change across the system.
Themes include co-production, personalised care in a complex system, collaborative leadership for personalised care and leading for equality, wellbeing and inclusion. It is suitable for leaders at all levels within health and social care and beyond, from both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds.
The programme is open access and free to attend. You may attend any or all the sessions, but we suggest you attend the first one as this will give you an overview and framework for understanding everything else.
Outline of the Programme:
�. Module 1: Introduction to Leadership in Personalised Care – 25th November 10-11:30 and 3rd December 12-1:30 – hold the date!
�. Module 2: Personalised Care in a complex system – starts in January 2021
�. Module 3: Collaborative leadership for Personalised Care – Starts in February 2021
�. Module 4: Personalising leadership for wellbeing, equality and inclusion – starts in March 2021.
