IPES Intensive Personalised Employment Support - Remploy

This provision is for disabled people who have complex issues and are considered by their work coach to be at least 12 months away from the labour market.

The provision is voluntary and is available to claimants on benefits and to non-claimants who meet the eligibility criteria:

• have a disability as defined in the Equality Act 2010
• not be in any form of paid employment
• Be of working age, aged 16 to State Pension age
• not be currently participating in other Department for Work and Pension (DWP) contracted employment provision
• have complex barriers to work
• be more than a year from employment in the labour market
• require more intensive support to transition into work and require intensive in work support beyond that offered by any other DWP provision
• fully intend to start, participate and benefit from IPES
