Welcome
We are a social group for people aged 18 - 40 with sensory, physical or mild learning disabilities.
The group usually meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month at different locations around Nottinghamshire;
Our principle area is west Bridgford.
Our group is unique as our events take place in the evening with some days out at the weekend in the summer months.
We are now into our 31st year.
