Small socially distanced Pilates mat classes that are suitable for everyone
Pilates is great for improving body awareness, overall strength, flexibility, and mobility, and strengthen abdominals
I offer modification and variations on exercises to make them accessible and challenging to the entire class
Classes are capped to 5 people to ensure adequate space between mats
